You will oversee the coordination of patient care, ensuring that all procedures and services align with our commitment to excellence. This includes managing clinical staff schedules, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.</p> <p>Each day, you will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and monitor outcomes to enhance overall service delivery. You will also lead daily team meetings, fostering a culture of collaboration and support. Your role will involve training and mentoring new staff members, ensuring they understand our empathetic and customer-centric approach.</p> <p>Additionally, you will gather and analyze patient feedback to continually improve our services. Flexibility and adaptability will empower you to respond to the evolving landscape of healthcare, while a deep commitment to integrity ensures that all actions align with our core values.</p> <p>These skills will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.</p> <p>Regulatory Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Current state Registered Nurse Licensure, within state of Colorado. Compact license accepted and Colorado License must be obtained within first 90 days of hire. </li><li>Current BLS Certification. </li><li>Current PALS certification within 6 months of hire. </li><li>Current ACLS certification within 6 months of hire. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum three years' of RN experience. </li><li>Minimum one-year supervisory experience. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):</p> <ul> <li>Authorized to make schedule modifications as operational needs arise, following guidance from the manager and within the approved staffing plan. </li><li>Leads efforts to ensure all staff are proficient in and follow established policies and procedures. </li><li>Collaborate with peers to support workflow improvements. </li><li>Collaborate with staff and management to ensure reported events are appropriately addressed and resolved. </li><li>Supports shift-level operations and day-to-day team performance, ensuring tasks are completed. </li></ul> <p>Get started with our team!</p> <p>If you think this role will suit your needs, great!
