Compact license accepted and Colorado License must be obtained within first 90 days of hire. </li><li>Current BLS Certification. </li><li>Current PALS certification within 6 months of hire. </li><li>Current ACLS certification within 6 months of hire. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum three years' of RN experience. </li><li>Minimum one-year supervisory experience. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):</p> <ul> <li>Authorized to make schedule modifications as operational needs arise, following guidance from the manager and within the approved staffing plan. </li><li>Leads efforts to ensure all staff are proficient in and follow established policies and procedures. </li><li>Collaborate with peers to support workflow improvements. </li><li>Collaborate with staff and management to ensure reported events are appropriately addressed and resolved. </li><li>Supports shift-level operations and day-to-day team performance, ensuring tasks are completed. </li></ul> <p>Get started with our team!</p> <p>If you think this role will suit your needs, great!
