<p>Full-time, Eves</p> <p>1pm-9pm</p> <p>Monday-Friday</p> <p>80 hrs/2 weeks</p> <p>General Summary</p> <p>Provides oversight of the daily functions and responsibilities of the WARM Support Technicians. Works with the WARM Line Technicians, WellSpan providers, and with community stakeholders in five counties to provide telephone support and assistance with resources and referrals for individuals affected by addiction, and contributes to the coordination, management and expansion of addiction services for the system.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Provides telephone support and connection to services in the community for individuals seeking information and help with addiction resources. </li><li>Facilitates referrals and schedules appointments for MAT for individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD). </li><li>Supports a plan for universal screening in primary care offices by way of the completion of the SBIRT for individuals referred for risk stratification based on their DAST scores. </li><li>Provides ASAM level of care assessments as needed to facilitate referrals to treatment. </li><li>Helps to review and manage the Recovery Support Department work queue. </li><li>Maintains the WARM Line Database and monthly data tracking and reports as required and needed to ensure that individuals are added correctly to the database and that there is appropriate follow-up. </li><li>Assures that the WARM Line resource directory is up to date and accurate. </li><li>Helps to ensure that the WARM Line Standard Work is followed and updated as needed. </li><li>Has primary responsibility for onboarding, orienting, and mentoring new WARM Line Support Technicians. </li><li>Assumes responsibility for the schedule for the WARM Line Support Technicians in coordination with the Access Center supervisors. </li><li>Participates in continuous improvement to ensure the optimal functioning of the WARM Line. </li><li>Ensure that safety for every situation has primary consideration, referring and/or reporting individuals to crisis, 911, and PA Childline as needed. </li></ul> <p>Common Expectations:</p> <ul> <li>Recognizes, respects and accommodates differences as they relate to culture, ethnicity, race, gender and sexual orientation. </li><li>Completes all necessary documentation of each telephone encounter and maintains monthly logs of services provided. </li><li>Acquires knowledge of resources in all five counties. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED Required </li><li>Associates Degree Some college level social science credits. Preferred </li></ul> <p>Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>1 year In a health-related field, preferably working with individuals with substance use disorder.
