You can also participate in our 401(k) plan with company match and explore post-tax Roth IRA options to secure your financial future. </li><li>Established Legacy: Join a team of over 1000 employees contributing to our success since 1960, with a proven track record of excellence in mechanical contracting. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>The HVAC DX System Installation Foreman supervises and coordinates the activities of work crews who are engaged in the installation of HVAC mechanical products and equipment. </li><li>Throughout the project, the HVAC DX System Installation Foreman will be relied on to take personal ownership of upholding the values for which we are known: quality, integrity, safety, and teamwork. </li><li>Supervise and coordinates tradesman and crew activities including but not limited to the installation of mechanical systems on the job site. </li><li>Interpret specifications, blueprints, submittals, job orders, and company policies as needed for area supervision while enforcing all safety rules, regulations, and laws. </li><li>Establish and adjust work sequences to meet the construction schedule using knowledge of capacities of equipment and assigned personnel by studying schedule and estimating labor requirements for job completion. </li><li>Orders the materials, the equipment, and the tools required to maintain efficient use of labor resources. </li><li>Analyzes and resolves work-related / jobsite related problems. </li><li>Maintains time records of assigned personnel. </li><li>Upholds an active role in the success and growth of each assigned personnel. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience with at least (2) two years of field experience with a track record of quality workmanship. </li><li>EPA and OSHA 10 Certification Required. </li><li>Demonstrates a solid working knowledge of HAVC mechanical equipment and installation practices including, but not limited to, maintaining skillful use of piping activities and related tools and machines. </li><li>Ability to visualize three-dimensional objects from drawings, sketches, schematics, and blueprints. </li><li>Capability to evaluate information using measurable standards. </li><li>Holds a current and valid Florida Driver's License. </li><li>Possesses proficient written and verbal communication skills, detailed organizational skills, and accurately calculates construction/shop math. </li><li>Ability to use software for calendars, planning, and workflow processes </li><li>Drug test, background check and a clean driving record are pre-employment requirements. </li><li>Must be able to see well (either naturally or with correction); use hands, fingers, arms and legs fully; lift up to 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl; climb and balance on ladders and scaffolds; stand for long periods of time. </li></ul> <p>Join us today and build a brighter future with B&I Contractors, Inc. - where you're not just an employee, but an owner!</p> <p>#Bandi1</p>
