Apply today!</p> <p>A day in the life of a Social Media Archive and Response Specialist:</p> <p>At Samaritans Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff and volunteers who serve around the globe.</p> <p>In the role of Social Media Archive and Response Specialist, you will have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him </li><li>Collaborate with the Sr. Manager of Social Media and Executive VP regarding comments in need of President/CEO response </li><li>Partner with Samaritans Purse and BGEA social media and response teams to ensure ministry-related comments receive a timely response </li><li>Provide ongoing comment moderation on Facebook, continuing through the second shift on weekdays, weekends, holidays, and major events, in coordination with the social media team </li><li>Maintain and update social media archives for posts in digital and hardcopy formats for all President/CEO social channels </li><li>Monitor and report on audience sentiment, trends, and engagement </li><li>Objectively assess thousands of daily comments while maintaining spiritual discernment in comment response </li><li>Manages all violations of audience engagement by removing spam, abusive or vulgar content, and unauthorized promotions across English and Spanish channels. </li><li>Escalate security concerns, including threats, impersonations, or suspicious accounts, to the Sr. Manager and third-party IT security teams </li><li>Maintain vendor relationships related to with third-party IT security and archiving platforms, alongside the Sr. Manager </li><li>All other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Learn more about</p>
