<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>As an Accountant, you will participate in the day-to-day running of our accounting function and ensure accurate and timely accounting reporting. You will be responsible for a portfolio of one or more of our Danish shopping centers and play a central role in preparing statutory reporting, monitoring service fees, and maintaining reliable accounting records across the organization.</p> <p>You will also act as superuser for one or more key processes and support the wider group reporting and compliance efforts.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Your perimeter of responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of shopping centers </li><li>Processing transactions, quarterly/yearly closings, and tax-related entries </li><li>Updating and maintaining the Fixed Assets Register </li><li>Management and budget oversight of Service Charges, including deviation analysis. </li><li>Responsibility for Balance Sheet reconciliations </li><li>Participation in internal controls and assurance activities </li><li>Participation in quarterly closings and financial reporting </li></ul> <p>WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR</p> <p>You preferably have a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.</p> <p>You have hands-on experience in accounting and a solid understanding of local accounting regulations. Experience with tax rules and statutory reporting is a plus.</p> <p>You are independent, reliable, and highly organized. You enjoy working in a team environment and are motivated by accuracy, process ownership, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>In particular:</p> <p>? Strong knowledge of accounting standards</p> <p>? Experience in tax and duties (preferred)</p> <p>? Fluent in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian</p> <p>? Excellent communication skills in English</p> <p>? Proficient in SAP, Excel, and other finance tools</p> <p>? Strong attention to detail and structured work habits</p> <p>? Ability to work proactively and independently</p> <p>?
