<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Position provides administrative support and proctoring services as directed by the Director of Student Success. Monitors progress and operation of scheduled testing and on-line training programs.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Communicate effectively with customers </li><li>Assist customers with scheduling exams </li><li>Process source documents for testing and on-line course registration </li><li>Process data entry using Colleague administrative software </li><li>Process and deliver test reports </li><li>Provide high quality customer service to internal and external customers </li></ul> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>A high school diploma and related clerical experience required.</p> <p>Strong computer skills including troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Colleague software experience preferred. Self-starter with strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with all levels of College personnel, students, business and industry clients is essential. Must be available for scheduling during operational hours. Tests may be proctored on or off campus.</p> <p>Current Aiken Technical College students are not eligible to work in the Test Center as a Proctor due to test security conflicts.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <p>Associate's degree is preferred.</p> <p>Additional Comments</p> <p>Aiken Technical College is an equal opportunity employer committed to having diversity throughout the College.
