<p>Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Plainville, CT. In this role, you will drive growth and foster strategic partnerships by leveraging market insights, strengthening client relationships, and implementing innovative strategies to expand our client base and support revenue goals.</p> <p>At Loureiro, you won't just work for the company - you'll own a part of it. As a 100% employee-owned company, our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) gives you a company-funded ownership stake that grows over time - so when we succeed, you share in the rewards.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Achieve at least 10% annual growth of new clients and business opportunities. </li><li>Focus on environmental health and safety initiatives of industrial and/or manufacturing clients </li><li>Pursue new industrial customers' opportunities utilizing a cross-functional business approach. </li><li>Coordinate with project teams to ensure customer deliverables are achieved. </li><li>Understand market dynamics and competition as it relates to our business model. </li><li>Identify and research potential clients and competition. </li><li>Pursue leads, timelines and execution time to close. </li><li>Generate & quantify warm leads to enhance and broaden business development growth goals. </li><li>Support RFQ/P process and submissions. </li><li>Seek out and attend targeted associations and trade show opportunities for team participation. </li><li>Work closely with division heads and LEA leadership. </li><li>Provide drive and a willingness to work cross functional to achieve a common goal. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <ul> <li>A high-energy professional </li><li>Creative and innovative, taking an out-of-the-box approach while advancing initiatives </li><li>Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail </li><li>Able to multitask effectively and thrive in a team environment </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>BS / BA in Business, Marketing or related field. Engineering experience preferred. </li><li>3-5 years developing business with manufacturing or industrial clients.
