<p>We are seeking a proactive, experienced Manager I to lead a dynamic team and oversee complex operational and administrative functions. This is a pivotal role requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Manager I, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are delivered effectively, policies are implemented consistently, and goals are met with integrity and efficiency.</p> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and leadership to a team of professionals or support staff. </li><li>Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. </li><li>Interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulations to resolve operational issues. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure service delivery meets organizational standards. </li><li>Prepare detailed reports, memos, and correspondence for senior management or external partners. </li><li>Participate in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff. </li><li>Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, or negotiations with external entities. </li></ul> <p>Bachelors degree and six years of experience or a master's degree with four years of experience, and/or equivalent education and experience. 2 years of previous supervisory experience required. Must have knowledge of business practices and be able to balance competing interests.</p> <ul> <li>Skills: </li><li>Proven leadership and team management abilities. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to interpret and apply laws, policies, and procedures. </li><li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. </li></ul>
