This leader is responsible for development and/or evaluation of assumptions, analysis of results, and identification of meaningful key drivers of annual operating plans, financial forecasts, and monthly results.Major Responsibilities:Lead teams performing financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processesDevelop analyses and key metrics to support accurate and timely financial forecasting, identification of actionable insights, and management of risks and opportunitiesAssess and challenge forecast assumptions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and enterprise risk appetiteOversee the enhancement of core FP&A, including enhanced processes and better real-time insights on volume and revenue trends, and deeper analytics on gross margin trends and driversRequired Qualifications12+ years of progressively responsible finance/actuarial/operational leadership experience in health insurance or healthcare.Track record of developing strategic plans, working in a cross-matrix environment, adapting, and performing in an evolving environmentProven experience developing and leading a finance teamAdept at leading through influence, collaboration, and cross-functional partnershipMastery of strategic problem solving, decision making, and communication skills for financial and non-financial stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsFSA, ASA, or CPA designation; MBA or related advanced degreeExperience with Commercial medical, pharmacy, and/or specialty product financialsHistory of driving strong team performance and leading transformation within a large organizationDemonstration of strong ownership and accountability for work products along with the ability to work both autonomously and collaborativelyEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial Science, Economics, or related field required.Advanced degree or professional credential preferred.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$131,500.00 - $303,195.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
