The Analyst supports the Assoc. Director and team as the liaison between agency investment teams, OMG product teams, and OMG compliance. He/she will oversee all clients and their contractual needs in order to maintain compliance. Analyst will also assist in ad hoc reporting and analysis to support upper management. A strong candidate must demonstrate the ability to understand the basics of media, excellent communication and people skills, and learn to utilize media research tools, including SMI, Media Ocean, DDS and other in-house systems.</p> <p>Analysis</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the oversight of OMnet risk management - managing supplier and client credit risk and ensuring OMnet is compliant with Omnicom's credit policy </li><li>Assist in managing the internal controls over the tracking and documentation of client opt-ins, approvals, and record retention </li><li>Collect and document audit support for AUP, client and Financial audits throughout the fiscal year during yearly audits </li><li>Coordinate with legal and operations to certify all contractual requirements relating to OMnet are met </li><li>Provide required client payment terms and insurance documentation to investment teams for prospective clients </li></ul> <p>Management</p> <ul> <li>Work as a mentor and lead for more junior level team members </li></ul> <p>Media Expertise</p> <ul> <li>Keep abreast of industry trends (trade press, current events, etc.) that may impact the business </li><li>Utilize and stay familiar with most current research tools </li><li>Keep up to date on computer functions and upgrades as they become available </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Finance/Accounting degree preferred </li><li>2+ years of Finance or Financial Risk and Compliance required </li><li>Experience in media or advertising industry a plus </li><li>High proficiency in Excel including pivot tables, lookups, sumif, complex formulas, charts, etc. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Work well independently and on teams </li><li>Tenacity to follow-through on open items to complete assignments and meet deadlines </li><li>Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and follow instructions </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to interact within team and across functions </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Detail oriented </li><li>Proactive "can-do" attitude. </li></ul> <p>#LI-KW1</p> <p>This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.</p> <p>Compensation Range</p> <p>$65,000-$70,000 USD</p> <p>This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs.
