High school diploma or GED and training and/or experience as a secretary required. </li><li>Proficiency with software data management, databases, and word processing. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic. </li><li>Strong organizational skills. </li><li>Experience with or understanding the importance of confidentiality within the workings of a large complex organization. </li></ul> <p>REPORTS TO:</p> <p>Executive Director of Administrative Services and Director of Communications</p> <p>JOB GOALS:</p> <p>Provide organizational support and clerical assistance within the Q Comp, staff evaluations programming, and communications department. Implement data redaction procedures necessary for the school district to be in compliance.</p> <p>PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT</p> <ul> <li>Maintains a current data system for Q-Comp and Teacher Development and Evaluation documentation and employee information. </li><li>Provide office support including scheduling meetings, scanning, and duplicating. </li><li>Provides organizational support and clerical assistance to designated staff, including Q-Comp Coordinator. </li><li>Serve as district resource to all staff concerning observation and evaluation processes and software. </li><li>Monitor budget and make requested purchases. </li><li>Provides back-up coverage as the district receptionist. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to exercise independent judgment in handling various administrative details. </li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. </li></ul> <p>PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR COMMUNICATIONS DEPARTMENT</p> <ul> <li>Review and analyze data requests from external parties, internal teams, or regulatory bodies. </li><li>Process and prioritize data requests, ensuring timely delivery. </li><li>Ensure that sensitive and confidential information is appropriately redacted to comply with Minnesota statutes and protect individual privacy rights. </li><li>Collaborate with teams to understand data request needs and collect relevant data from internal sources. </li><li>Collaborate with legal, compliance, and subject matter experts to accurately identify data that requires redaction. </li><li>Maintain meticulous records of redacted data and provide necessary documentation as required. </li><li>Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Attachment(s):</p> <ul> <li>PLSFAA2024-26Final (1).pdf </li></ul>
