<p>POSITION: Systems Specialist - Level I</p> <p>COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $25-$28/hr. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan, student loan assistance, licensing and continuing education reimbursement, parental leave, and housing allowances or gifts.</p> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>As the Help Desk Specialist - Level I, you will provide technical support to all communities to manage operations and accounting functions within our management software. They will assist our existing Systems team in the daily operation and maintenance of our systems environment. In addition, the Help Desk Specialist - Level I will work with the team to ensure adequate understanding of best practices and procedures.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES (Including but not limited to)</p> <ul> <li>Work the Help Desk ticket system and resolve team member issues. </li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for Cardinal team members with system-related issues. </li><li>Support our suite of software products by assisting the Cardinal team with system access, user provisioning and technical support. </li><li>Make recommendations on best practices and operational procedures. </li><li>Actively maintains technical knowledge and collaborates, where appropriate, to ensure advice given is appropriate to the needs of the organization. </li><li>Leverage technical knowledge to capture and classify content, seeking advice when required. </li><li>Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to Cardinal systems. </li><li>Gather and record information to facilitate Problem resolution </li><li>Responds to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfill requests or enable resolution. </li><li>Contributes to creation of support documentation. </li><li>Participate in Cardinal U training as required. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Strong attention to detail. </li><li>Independent sound decision making and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to work with minimal direction. </li><li>Capability to explain solutions in non-technical terms. </li><li>Strong customer service skills. </li><li>Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Working knowledge of property management software: Yardi, Entrata, RentCafé, RealPage, and Gsuite are preferred. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to embody the Cardinal Culture and Cardinal Core Values every day. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The Team Member frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
