The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing and construction. This role requires a hands-on approach to proficiently enhancing our customers roof. As a Commercial Roofing Technician, you'll install, repair, and maintain commercial roofs with various materials while ensuring OSHA compliance for safety.</p> <p>The Blueprint for Success - Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to learn roof system installations of commercial properties. </li><li>Assist in setup and tear down of safety equipment as instructed. </li><li>Abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection and others. </li><li>Assist in building roofs and other structural components as required. </li><li>Collaborate with team members on roofing sites to ensure project timelines are met. </li><li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols. </li><li>Troubleshoot issues on-site and provide effective solutions promptly. </li><li>Additional duties as needed </li></ul> <p>An individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
