You will be expected to recommend changes and support your positions on those changes using the data you report, along with juggling high levels of support for day to day operational needs.</p> <p>You should have a strong business and data center background, a track record of fixing things, and a bias for action. Experience in the datacenter colocation is needed, along with experience in a fast-paced management environment, making quick decisions to remove blockers or risks to the business and the employees managed.</p> <p>Candidate must be comfortable working across remote teams and possess the ability to compartmentalize tasks to separate and manage exceptions differently from the normal day-to-day. As OCI continues to scale, it becomes increasingly important that we efficiently and effectively manage our Colo supply-base.
