<p>Job#: 3026726</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Position: Client Service Assistant (Bilingual - English & Spanish)</p> <p>Large Banking Client</p> <p>Location: Onsite in Miami, FL</p> <p>Duration: 6+ month contract; Strong potential for extension</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Client Service Assistant supports the Client Service team in delivering high-quality service to clients in a well-organized and timely manner. This role focuses on administrative, operational, and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day client interactions and internal processes. The Assistant acts as a key point of contact for routine client inquiries, supports onboarding and account maintenance processes, and helps manage communications between clients and internal teams.</p> <p>Position Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Client & Operational Support </li><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Manager in servicing existing and potential clients. </li><li>Respond to client inquiries, redirect requests when necessary, and ensure timely follow-up. </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve client issues efficiently. </li><li>Assist in proactive client outreach for follow-ups, documentation, or pending requests. </li><li>Support account opening, updates, and closing processes, ensuring documentation is complete and properly recorded in internal systems. </li><li>Support the team in tracking and resolving incidents or pending items identified by Back Office. </li></ul> <p>Process Support:</p> <ul> <li>Develop a basic understanding of investment products and services to effectively support client inquiries. </li><li>Assist in preparing documentation and materials related to investment and credit products. </li><li>Support the team in the commercialization and administrative processing of products and services. </li><li>Provide operational support in client transactions and internal workflows. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies. </li><li>Monitor reports (e.g., account movements) and escalate any irregularities (such as overdrafts) to the appropriate team. </li></ul> <p>Must-Have Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>3-5 years of experience </li><li>Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work </li><li>Organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Attention to detail and problem-solving skills </li><li>Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience </li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish </li></ul> <p>Apex Benefits Overview</p> <p>Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans that offer an optional layer of financial protection.
