In this role, you'll ensure every product we purchase, produce, and ship meets the highest standards of quality and compliance. You'll also drive continuous improvement initiatives, implement robust quality systems, and serve as a key partner in new product introductions. Develop, implement, and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) to meet internal standards and regulatory requirements, including Prop 65. </li><li>Do you flourish with compliance and precision? Lead all aspects of audits, inspections, and documentation to ensure adherence to industry regulations. </li><li>Can you lead with influence? Manage and mentor quality control teams, encouraging a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. </li><li>Are you a problem solver at heart? Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions using tools like 8D, DMAIC, RCCM, and actively manage CAPA processes to track corrective, preventive, and improvement actions. </li><li>Do you have a passion for launching new products? Support NPI and operational readiness activities, ensuring quality is built into every stage of the process. </li><li>Are you data-driven? Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and present actionable insights to leadership. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU BRING</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of leadership experience in Quality or Continuous Improvement. </li><li>Strong knowledge of QMS, regulatory standards, and quality tools.ASQ certifications (Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, Black Belt) preferred. </li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional partners. </li><li>Proficiency with quality inspection tools, reporting, and ERP systems.Valid passport or ability to obtain one for occasional global travel. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL GET</p> <p>At Watkins Wellness, we believe that everyone should 'Feel good.
