This position will consult with physicians on appropriate therapeutic alternatives, monitor drug therapy, and provide drug information to professional staff upon request in all three phases of care: Pre-transplant, Inpatient transplant, and Post-transplant period.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency and/or BS Pharmacy Degree plus 3 years of experience working as a clinical pharmacy specialist with direct patient care responsibility.</p> </li><li> <p>Certification as a licensed Registered Pharmacist by the State of Arkansas or eligible for licensure</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY2 residency in Solid Organ Transplant.</p> </li><li> <p>5 years of experience working as a clinical pharmacist in a solid organ transplant setting</p> </li><li> <p>Board certification is preferred and required within 3 years of hire.</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversees patient care functions, including maintaining accurate records and refining medication therapies to improve treatment results.</p> </li><li> <p>Handles task prioritization, adjusts to shifts in practice, and addresses day-to-day operational challenges.
