Our Technical Assemblers preform various duties such as building electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies for lasers along the side of team members that influence the future of laser technology.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Build electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies for lasers </li><li>Build optical and fiber assemblies </li><li>Reading blueprints or schematics </li><li>Test and measurement </li><li>Troubleshooting </li><li>Repair </li><li>Assemble and align free-space optical components including lenses, mirrors and other optical elements. </li><li>Perform optical system integration and troubleshooting ensuring all components meet specifications and performance standards. </li><li>Use precision tools and equipment such as microscopes and optical mounts to assemble and test laser head. </li><li>Conduct tests on finished assemblies to ensure functionality, optical performance and alignment. </li><li>Document assembly processes, test results and any issues encountered during assembly. </li><li>Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve issues and improve assembly procedures. </li><li>Follow company standards for safety and quality control throughout the assembly process. </li><li>Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime are essential functions of this job </li></ul> <p>#ZR</p> <p>IND123</p>
