<p>Pro Signs, a 77-year-old signage and branding company based in Downingtown, PA, is expanding and seeking to add a Signage Estimator to our team.</p> <p>As one of the largest full-service sign companies in the Mid-Atlantic, Pro Signs specializes in regional and national account work as well as local architectural signage projects. As a Signage Estimator for Pro Signs, you will be responsible for preparing estimates and takeoffs for pricing.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Support submission of accurate and timely bids </li><li>Identify accurate estimates of materials equipment, and labor for a project </li><li>Create accurate estimates for manufacturing and install processes </li><li>Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing </li><li>Prioritize deadlines of assigned estimates and bids appropriately. </li><li>Work internally with sales, production and design teams to achieve project goals </li><li>Assist in stock parts pricing analysis and audits (bi-annual). </li><li>Assist in RFPs and RFIs </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of the signage industry, principles and materials </li><li>Excellent negotiation and communication skills </li><li>Prior experience in creating manufacturing estimates </li><li>Prior experience in manufacturing or construction settings. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office </li><li>Must be team oriented </li><li>Strong multi-tasking skills, & the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines </li><li>Valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Pro Signs offers health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401k (with match), and a professional but family-oriented atmosphere.
