<p>Join our team as a Food Service Assistant. This position will require you to work closely with Department staff in order to learn full operation of Cafe 1400.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Stock and maintain Deli Station (meat slicer, build sandwiches, grinders and wraps) </li><li>Maintain proper rotation of all food products and other stock items (First in first out) </li><li>Store delivered items (Beverages, produce, dry goods, perishable food) </li><li>Preparation of foods according to daily production list (Chop and slice vegetables for soups, salads, menu items, and breakfast prep </li><li>Maintain a clean work area </li><li>Replenish hot serving table during 1st shift lunch. Serve customers as needed </li><li>Break down 1st shift lunch, cool down all hot food </li><li>Set up for 2nd shift dinner break </li><li>Have 2nd shift dinner break food ready for 5PM, (Hot food, soups, sandwiches, etc.) Serve customers as needed </li><li>Break down and power off all equipment </li></ul> <p>Desired Experience</p> <ul> <li>2 years experience preparing soups, salads, and entre meals </li><li>2 years experience in general kitchen knowledge </li></ul> <p>Schedule Pay and Benefits</p> <ul> <li>3rd shift 1:30 AM - 9:30 AM Sunday thru Thursday night </li><li>$20 per hour plus $2 per hour shift differential </li><li>Benefits from day 1-Medical, Dental and Vision </li><li>401k, vacation and bonuses after 90 day probationary period </li></ul>
