In this role, you will support construction projects from start to finish, assisting with project planning, cost tracking, document management, and field coordination. Under the guidance of a Market Leader and Project Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring projects run smoothly, on schedule, and within budget.</p> <p>This position offers a mix of responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Project Engineering - Oversee project progress, manage scopes of work, and ensure quality control. </li><li>Administrative Support - Maintain project documentation, track contract details, and manage communications. </li><li>Field Work - Visit job sites to monitor construction activities and address challenges, conduct thorough inspections of in-place construction work to ensure compliance with contract documents, including plans, specifications, and applicable codes. </li></ul> <p>If you have phenomenal communication and project management skills, apply today and become a part of our dynamic team!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Foster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion. </li><li>Monitor project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance, providing regular updates. </li><li>Address client needs, concerns, and requests throughout the project lifecycle. </li><li>Review engineering deliverables and recommend corrective actions. </li><li>Maintain bid sites with plans, specifications, and addenda. </li><li>Develop scopes of work and compile project manuals. </li><li>Track and distribute bulletins, ensuring pricing accuracy for Project Managers. </li><li>Maintain and update project information in PM software. </li><li>Document OAC/CM meetings and participate in project management discussions. </li><li>Provide updated unit pricing for estimating department. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li><li>Review and process contract material submittals </li><li>Process RFI </li><li>Field quality assurance and conformance </li><li>Monitor construction site for safety compliance or concerns </li></ul>
