<p>Description</p> <p>If you consider data as a strategic asset, evangelize the value of good data and insights, have deep understanding of data governance, are an experienced thought leader in data warehousing and love building teams and mentoring talent, this role is for you.</p> <p>You will be responsible for leading delivery of the Production Support team within the Enterprise Data Warehouse, including both onshore and offshore support. You will partner with other IT and Business organizations to ensure quality and timely data is loaded into the data warehouse.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage onshore and offshore production support team. </li><li>Support incident resolution and continuous improvement to drive efficiency in our operations. </li><li>Responsible for performance and maintenance of L1 and L2 rotations, point of escalation for priority incidents. </li><li>Ensure that all assigned production support issues are properly logged, prioritized and resolved. </li><li>Effectively communicate and turnover incidents when appropriate to delivery teams for level 2 support. </li><li>Ensure that all assigned business-as-usual (BAU) tasks are properly scheduled, staffed and completed. </li><li>Coordinate with internal and external teams to perform DataStage production code migrations. </li><li>Facilitate production support handovers with the build teams for newly developed jobs. </li><li>Provide monthly operations report, tracking performance against key metrics. </li><li>Represent operations in design reviews and architectural checkpoints. </li><li>Monitor Huntington's production landscape to proactively address impactful changes and incident trends. </li><li>Owner of vendor relationship with support's SOW provider </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or military experience in related field (preferably computer science). </li><li>5 years of experience leading teams through the project lifecycle. </li><li>3 years of experience in the financial services industry. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of enterprise data warehousing best practices including testing and validation approaches and implementation. </li><li>Strong organization skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting and collaborating with developers, analysts, and business colleagues throughout the organization. </li><li>Experience with traditional data architecture: sourcing and staging data, data integration, dimensional/snowflake and de-normalized design, managed views, data marts and analytical sandboxes. </li><li>Experience with data governance and data management approaches, including data quality. </li><li>Experience with business intelligence and advanced analytics: canned reporting, self-service insights, integrated data platforms, dashboarding, visualization, data science, machine learning. </li><li>Experience with SQL, Python, DataStage, AWS and Snowflake. </li></ul> <p>Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Workplace Type:</p> <p>Office</p> <p>Our Approach to Office Workplace Type</p> <p>Certain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement. Specific work arrangements will be provided by the hiring team.</p> <p>Compensation Range:</p> <p>The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
