<p>Legal Executive Assistant - Litigation</p> <p>Pay: $25-$50 per hour (DOE)</p> <p>Job Type: Full-Time; Temp-to-Hire</p> <p>Schedule: Onsite, 5 days per week</p> <p>Practice Area: Litigation</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Legal Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and strategic support to a senior Litigation Partner. This role is ideal for a proactive, adaptable professional with strong litigation knowledge, proven travel coordination experience, and the ability to support paralegals as needed in a fast-paced law firm environment.</p> <p>In simple terms: You'll help a senior attorney by organizing their schedule, coordinating travel, resolving basic IT issues, and pitching in with legal support when needed.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide high-level, strategic administrative support to a senior Litigation Partner</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and domestic/international travel</p> </li><li> <p>Manage day-to-day logistics, scheduling priorities, and expense tracking</p> </li><li> <p>Anticipate needs and adapt quickly to changing priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Assist paralegals with legal and litigation-related tasks as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot basic IT and technical issues independently</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain professionalism, discretion, and a positive, team-oriented attitude</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Must-Have Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of legal terminology and litigation processes</p> </li><li> <p>Experience providing administrative support in a legal environment</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience coordinating meetings and travel</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable troubleshooting basic IT issues</p> </li><li> <p>Proactive, flexible, and willing to step in where needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>5-7 years of experience as a Legal Executive Assistant</p> </li><li> <p>Experience supporting senior attorneys in a fast-paced law firm or professional services environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision insurance; life insurance; short-term disability; additional voluntary benefits; an Employee Assistance Program (EAP); commuter benefits; and a 401(k) plan.
