<p>We are seeking a BSA Specialist II to join our Risk team in St. Louis Park. Reporting to the BSA Lead, the Bank Secrecy Act Specialist II position provides support in the development and monitoring of the Bank's BSA and OFAC compliance program. The BSA Specialist II leverages technology and maintains knowledge of regulatory changes/expectations related to job functions.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence monitoring and high-risk customer analysis associated with BSA and OFAC compliance, making risk-based decisions.</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage technology and implement technology enhancements</p> </li><li> <p>Respond to Bank BSA questions from staff</p> </li><li> <p>Draft or revise procedures related to tasks performed</p> </li><li> <p>Back up as needed for other BSA and OFAC functions including:</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Due Diligence</p> </li><li> <p>Suspicious activity alerts and monitoring</p> </li><li> <p>Currency Transaction Reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Exemptions</p> </li><li> <p>Monetary Instruments</p> </li><li> <p>High risk questionnaires</p> </li><li> <p>314(a)</p> </li><li> <p>HIDTA/HIFCA</p> </li><li> <p>Office of Foreign Assets</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain current knowledge of all applicable BSA and OFAC statutes, regulations, and interpretations</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>2 - 4 years of BSA experience </li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills </li><li>Strong attention to detail, critical thinking ability, and accuracy </li><li>Ability to meet deadlines </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook </li><li>Verafin experience preferred </li><li>Cannabis banking experience preferred </li></ul> <p>ABOUT BRIDGEWATER BANK:</p> <p>Picture yourself at one of the Twin Cities' best places to work, surrounded by people who challenge you, support you, and inspire you to be your best. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience.
