This role partners closely with clinical, financial, operational, and data analytics teams to ensure successful program implementation, performance optimization, and compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.</p> <p>The ideal candidate brings strong program management, healthcare operations, and data-driven decision-making skills, with a deep understanding of value-based reimbursement models and population health strategies.</p> <p>KEY RESPONISIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the local operational leader for all value-based care initiatives </li><li>Act as the primary liaison between system VBC leadership and local clinical/operational teams </li><li>Translate system strategy into local workflows, processes, and performance plans </li><li>Coordinate quality improvement, population health initiatives, and care-management activities </li><li>Monitor contract performance and drive targeted improvement efforts </li><li>Standardized reporting, communication, and accountability across departments </li></ul> <p>Support financial optimization through improved quality scores and shared savings</p> <p>Additional Job Description</p> <p>Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent Work Experience: 4-6 years</p> <p>If you like working with energetic enthusiastic individuals, you will enjoy your career with us!</p> <p>The Medical University of South Carolina is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
