<p>Job Description</p> <p>As a Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for the receiving of all incoming vehicles, collecting the transporters Bill of Lading, identifying potential transportation damage and staging vehicles for inspection at our reconditioning and logistics centers. You will be familiar with the Hgreg inventory and receiving process.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Receive incoming vehicles, locates, moves and stages vehicles </li><li>Collect and go over the "Bill of Lading" on each vehicle received </li><li>Visual inspect each vehicle and report damage to management </li><li>Prepare barcodes, tags and key fobs for vehicles still in transit </li><li>Remove auction stickers and replace with pre registered barcodes </li><li>Create work orders </li><li>Complete body estimate on all newly received vehicles </li><li>Coordinate with buying/Inventory team to stage OVE vehicles for the auction, arbitration and wholesale </li><li>Complete a weekly inventory scan of all vehicles and assist audit team locating any that may be missing </li><li>Utilize and navigate live documents to track vehicle status </li><li>Delete canceled auction vehicles no longer in transit from Pre-Recon </li><li>Operate and troubleshoot and inventory tracking systems. </li><li>Daily check-ins with the manager </li><li>Compliance to company policies and procedures </li><li>Compliance to safety requirements </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Two years of work experience, required in an outdoor automotive environment </li><li>One year of receiving and/or inventory experience </li><li>High school diploma </li><li>Ability to be outside and stand for several hours </li><li>General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude </li><li>Ability to differentiate colors </li><li>Basic computer proficiency, with ability to operate handheld devices </li><li>Excellent customer service skills and attitude </li><li>Multi-task in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Ability to travel </li><li>Ability to work in a team environment </li><li>Ability to work in extreme conditions (weather and terrain) </li><li>Bilingual skill a plus </li><li>Driver's license required </li></ul> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>As a Final Quality Control Inspector your primary duty will be to conduct the final quality inspection on</p> <p>all vehicles before they are sent for sale to the customer. We are looking for someone that is a critical</p> <p>thinker who is very detail oriented and can work with moderate to little supervision. Utilizing an Hgreg</p> <p>approved Final inspection form you will check all aspects of the vehicle to ensure it meets with HGreg</p> <p>standards of reconditioning.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</p> <p>? Inspection of vehicles after all assigned reconditioning work has been completed noting any</p> <p>cosmetic, mechanical issues and ensuring all electrical components are functioning as designed.</p> <p>? Keep a detailed log of all vehicles that fail the Final Quality Inspection</p> <p>? Notifies management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a vehicle from being front</p> <p>line ready.</p> <p>? Maintains work area and workstation in a neat and organized manner.</p> <p>? Maintains and wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment, as required by</p> <p>current policies. Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs.</p> <p>? Cooperates and assists other personnel in the entire recondition process and other duties as</p> <p>assigned.</p> <p>?
