This is accomplished by training, supervising and evaluating seasonal staff; coordinating, planning and developing summer parks and playgrounds. Oversee all summer camp locations at least twice per day to keep Directors on schedule and access needs. Provide each camp with needed supplies. Precipitate in activities with the campers. Communicate with staff daily, meet with parents or guardians when needed. Effectively enforce all City of York Policies and procedures. Meet with Director/Aides to discuss any violations and issue a statement of understanding. Keep in contact with Recreation Specialist for any needs or incidents.
