This is an incredible career opportunity working on corporate and retail projects.</p> <p>This role involves collaborating with internal and external resources, general contractors, security integrators, security systems technology and network teams, and senior management to define, plan, communicate, and implement projects effectively. Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for success in this role to ensure the timely, cost effective, and efficient competition of retail and corporate projects.</p> <p>We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site Monday - Friday in the specified locations.</p> <p>What you have</p> <p>To ensure that we fulfill our promise of "challenging the status quo," this role has specific qualifications that successful candidates should have.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5 + years of experience in planning, executing, and managing multiple concurrent physical security projects </li><li>5 + years of experience and knowledge with Security Software, Access Control Systems, and intrusion systems (Genetec, Sonitrol Alarm Systems and video systems) </li><li>Practical knowledge and experience in these fields: security operations, security technology and construction </li><li>General knowledge and understanding of other real estate subject areas, including building systems, space planning, property management, etc. </li><li>Strong project management skills, with emphasis on the RFP process, bid leveling, scheduling, budgeting, and prioritizing </li><li>Sound business knowledge to effectively collaborate with Schwab businesses and outside security integrators and other agencies </li><li>Detailed working understanding and ownership of the financial budget of a project </li><li>Knowledgeable of security devices and equipment, security protocols, regulations, and safety codes </li><li>Knowledgeable of Security Compliance review and risk management </li><li>Evident relationship management skills </li><li>Excellent negotiating and presentation skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS in Security Management, Security Technology, or Project Management preferred or equivalent experience </li></ul>
