In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the broker-dealer's books and records in compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a key role in processing business transactions and supporting the operational integrity of our broker-dealer platform.</p> <p>We are currently seeking Level I, II & Sr. Representative experience.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform initial review and data entry of new account forms, applications, and checks.</p> </li><li> <p>Process and forward direct securities applications and checks to appropriate financial service providers.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute account maintenance tasks, including customer account reassignment and updates.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in resolving transaction processing errors and discrepancies.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to support broker-dealer operations and regulatory compliance.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You Will Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ year's experience customer service required.</p> </li><li> <p>College degree or work experience lieu preferred (insurance, operations, call center, investments or financial services).</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with broker-dealer operations and regulatory requirements is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving and reconciliation skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members and internal partners.</p> </li><li> <p>Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma required, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary Band: 3A</p> <p>This selected candidate will be expected to work Hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.
