<p>Job title:</p> <p>Job Title: Supply Chain Planner</p> <p>Position: Permanent</p> <p>Functional area: Account Management Division</p> <p>Reporting to: Account Management Division Deputy General Manager</p> <p>Supervisor: Sales & Supply Chain Assistant Manager</p> <p>Purpose of the job:</p> <p>SALES ORDER PROCESSING: to manage the orders of our distributors, liaising with the warehouse, suppliers and other members of the team to ensure their queries are timely looked after and the goods are shipped in line with customers' expectations.</p> <p>OPERATIONS PLANNING: Demand planning and reporting of sales, stock, backorders and shipment schedules.</p> <p>PROJECTS: Support the Account management team with implementation of new business/lines of products, and projects to improve the efficiency of the company which might require extensive ERP development.</p> <p>OTHER DUTIES: Internal/external auditing support, Customs/product classification, item master update, logistics cost reporting, etc.</p> <p>General Duties</p> <p>Sales Order Processing for all Mitsubishi Air-conditioning products (Units, accessories, spare parts):</p> <p>Daily processing of sales orders in our system Tracing and release of Back Orders in our system Preparing and supplying the necessary documentation (P/L, Proforma invoices) to our customers Liaising with customers by phone and/or email answering enquiries in regard to sales orders, stock availability and Orders ETAs Liaising with the Warehouse staff to resolve delivery and stock issues Liaising with our suppliers. Consult with Technical Team (Pre/After sales as appropriate) to support sales Release Stock and Control aged back orders on a daily basis to support inventory management. Filing of necessary shipping documentation (POs, Bill of lading. waybills, invoices, credit memos, etc) Assisting during the auditing process</p> <p>Operations Planning</p> <p>Liaising with vendors to ensure proper replenishment of stock Demand planning for assigned category Understand reporting tool Power BI and create reports when requested Day to day monitoring:</p> <p>Production schedule update Inbound update</p> <p>Projects:</p> <p>Support with new business set up Support with new lines of products and new customers Support with new demand planning and replenishment system</p> <p>OTHER DUTIES</p> <p>Internal/External auditing support Customs/product classifications Update of item master in the system Logistic cost benchmarking, Route to market study, and so forth</p> <p>Required Skills</p> <p>Good analytical and numerical skills Good Communication skills Excellent Customer service attitude (internal/external) Minimum 3-4 years experience in supply chain, demand planning and stock management Proactiveness Teamwork and cooperation with colleagues Personal responsibility Commercial awareness Ability to manage priorities Initiative and problem-solving attitude. MS Office (Advanced - Excel is key) Experience with System/ERP (nice to have) Accounting knowledge (nice to have) Interest in the technical aspects of aircon units (Desirable)</p> <p>Education:</p> <p>English and Maths GCSE Grade C or above, or equivalent</p> <p>Location:</p> <p>5 The Square, Stockley Park, Uxbridge, UB11 1ET</p> <p>Working Hours:</p> <p>9:00 - 17:00 (1 hour lunch break), 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday</p>
