The enterprise data-reporting software of Workday is a critical component of many of the cloud solutions we design, which is why Accenture has assembled a team of more than 2,000 Workday-certified professionals.</p> <p>What's in it for You</p> <p>Help HR and Finance leaders define and execute their strategy and give them the adaptability they need in a fast-changing world.</p> <p>To help you take your skillset beyond Workday technology, our Transformation Powered by Workday Training will help you take your consulting to a whole new level.</p> <p>Take your Workday skills and career to the next level, mastering complex projects while expanding your leadership and advisory skills with a market-leading team.</p> <p>As a Workday Financials Delivery Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bring thought-leadership on how technology can transform an organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsibility to shape and deliver various Workday implementation projects that exceed the expectations of our clients and our own assignment quality criteria</p> </li><li> <p>Responsibility for?a majority of?day to day client communications</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and deliver large projects by developing the project team, assessing engagement risks throughout, driving conclusions, and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the team</p> </li><li> <p>Responsibility for management of engagement financials</p> </li><li> <p>Helping to grow and develop our team through hands on training and coaching</p> </li><li> <p>Have latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.</p> </li><li> <p>Understand Workday's Implementation Methodology and apply it on all engagements.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Support or lead business development activities such as solutioning, proposal creation, orals support and SOW creation.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets</p> </li><li> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 8 years of consulting or client-side experience, most recently in a Lead or similar level role</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 4 years of working of Financial Services Industry experience</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 4 years of Workday Implementations</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus points if you have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Workday Partner Certification</p> </li><li> <p>10 years of Workday-related implementations</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate knowledge of the HR function & processes</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in Education or Government Workday implementations</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
