<p>Camping World is seeking a Property Maintenance Associate for our growing team.</p> <p>At Camping World, our Property Maintenance Associates are responsible for maintaining a clean, neat and safe work environment for associates and vendors.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain a clean and sanitary facility including restrooms, break rooms, offices, and warehouse</p> </li><li> <p>Mop clean or vacuum floors in lunchroom's, offices, and bathrooms</p> </li><li> <p>Stock paper supplies, soap in lunchroom's and bathrooms</p> </li><li> <p>Eliminate dust, dirt, and garbage from the facility</p> </li><li> <p>Empty trashcans and recycling cans throughout the facility</p> </li><li> <p>Must handle various chemicals and cleaning solvents</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need to Have for the Role:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School diploma or equivalent required</p> </li><li> <p>One year of general custodial experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Self-driven with a sense of pride in maintaining strict expectation of cleanliness</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English is required</p> </li><li> <p>Capabilities to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally</p> </li><li> <p>May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices</p> </li><li> <p>Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending</p> </li><li> <p>Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness</p> </li></ul> <p>General Compensation Disclosure</p> <p>The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
