As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and implementing domain solutions that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you'll guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams-including data scientists, engineers, and AI Annotation specialists-to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <p>Drive Strategy & Prioritization</p> <ul> <li>Develop a product strategy and vision that leverages AI technologies to deliver value to customers within the Ai4Ops Voice+ Domain. </li><li>Collaborate across the product ecosystem to define strategic direction, set priorities, and execute initiatives that align with business goals and AI advancements. </li><li>Inform and review priorities, manage requests, make critical decisions, communicate updates, and escalate issues as needed. </li><li>Build awareness of dependencies and cross-functional impacts to enable efficient decision-making. </li><li>Oversee portfolio planning, dependency management, logistical coordination, and escalation processes. </li></ul> <p>Product Management & AI Innovation</p> <ul> <li>Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate AI capabilities into the product roadmap. </li><li>Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition, with a focus on AI features and enhancements. </li><li>Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, reliability, and AI performance indicators. </li><li>Guide successful product launches, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences, especially for AI-powered features. </li></ul> <p>Oversight, Monitoring & Optimization</p> <ul> <li>Provide thought leadership to partners and drive adoption of best-in-class planning processes within Ai4Ops Voice+ Domain. </li><li>Coordinate preparation, logistics, and material development for quarterly planning sessions with key stakeholders across the product ecosystem. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, program management, or a relevant domain area, ideally with exposure to AI or machine learning technologies. </li><li>Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, data analytics, and AI concepts. </li><li>Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management, with a focus on AI-driven products. </li><li>Demonstrated success in managing and implementing operational effectiveness and portfolio management initiatives. </li><li>Proven ability to operate within agile methodologies and deliver scalable, resilient, and stable AI-powered products. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization. </li><li>Experience collaborating with AI, machine learning, or data science teams. </li><li>Familiarity with AI product metrics, model performance evaluation, and responsible AI practices. </li><li>Current knowledge with emerging AI technologies, trends, and best practices to inform product strategy and development is preferred. </li></ul>
