This hybrid role (2 days per week in-office) will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, while also supporting compliance activities. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative and analytical mindset, strong technical accounting expertise, and a passion for working in a quickly growing public company focused on cyber resilience.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, and FP&A to review customer contracts and identify revenue implications. </li><li>Support the monthly and quarterly revenue close process, including trend and variance analyses, preparation of revenue-related journal entries, and reconciliations. </li><li>Assist with the preparation of revenue disclosures and documentation to support SEC filings (10-Qs & 10-Ks). </li><li>Ensure compliance with US GAAP, particularly ASC 606, and internal revenue recognition policies. </li><li>Maintain and enhance internal controls over revenue recognition in accordance with SOX requirements. </li><li>Support and coordinate with internal and external auditors on revenue-related matters. </li><li>Participate in system implementations, system enhancements, and automation initiatives related to revenue processes. </li><li>Identify and propose improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency of revenue-related processes. </li><li>Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in revenue recognition. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. </li><li>2-4 years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong focus on revenue recognition. </li><li>Experience in a public accounting firm and/or publicly traded technology company (preferably SaaS or cybersecurity). </li><li>Solid understanding of US GAAP, ASC 606, and SOX compliance. </li><li>Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems and revenue automation tools (e.g., NetSuite ARM, Zuora, Aptitude) is a plus. </li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. </li></ul> <p>This position has a starting base salary range of $72,000 to $80,000 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
