<p>The Director of School Operations (DOSO) oversees the following departments: maintenance, transportation, food services, before/after school program and ensures compliance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations. The DOSO works to ensure the quality and efficiency of the school on a day-to-day basis, while also taking on medium-to-long term projects to improve the operations or programs of the school. The ideal candidate will possess skills in organization and demonstrate strong project planning execution and completion in a timely manner. The DOSO reports to the Executive Director and works collaboratively with other members of the Administrative Team, staff, vendors and other stakeholders.</p> <p>BFCCPS opened in 1995 as one of the first Charter Schools in Massachusetts.
