The Technician provides direct milieu, group, and individual behavioral management by utilizing evidence-based practice models. The Technician will facilitate and co-facilitate psychoeducational groups and family reunification meetings. The Technician will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Supervisor of Staff.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Monitors activities of daily living for clients and provides training as needed. </li><li>Documents intervention and program activity and maintains accurate and timely clinical records according to Community Reach Center's policies and procedures. </li><li>Assists consumers with medication administration as directed by Colorado regulations, facility policies and procedures, and physician orders. </li><li>Coordinates care with consumer, families, center staff, and/or external facilities to ensure continuation of care. </li><li>Attends and participates in group sessions, in-services education and training opportunities, meetings, supervisory sessions, review of clinical issues, and special events. </li><li>Acts as a liaison and partners with consumers in the use of basic community resources, referrals, linage, and advocacy. </li><li>Provides therapeutic crisis intervention and emergency services as required. </li><li>Responsible for aiding in house laundry and clean-up of the facility as needed. </li><li>Transports consumers to appointments as needed. </li><li>Manages the milieu and ensure a safe therapeutic environment. </li><li>Complete admission check-in's to units, provide regular safety checks on units, and monitor clients regularly. </li><li>Maintains confidentiality of consumer records. </li><li>Conduct rounds to ensure safety and compliance of youth in shelter program. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>6+ months of experience working with or around shelter services. </li><li>Must have a high school diploma or GED </li><li>Communication, organization, time management. </li><li>Valid Colorado Driver's license with a clean driving record. </li><li>Bilingual Spanish preferred </li><li>Age 21+ preferred </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and keyboard. </li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work. </li><li>Light to moderate lifting is required, </li><li>Regular, predictable attendance is required. </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Part Time Sunday 8am-8pm, Tuesday 7am-7pm</p> <p>Pay Information:</p> <p>$26.00-$27.00 per hour +shift differential pay</p> <p>Eligible for $250/month Bilingual Stipend</p> <p>Application Deadline:</p> <p>Accepting application on an on-going basis.</p> <p>So-what do you think?</p> <p>If you've come this far, we're eager to meet you.
