<p>Verisk Property Estimating Solutions (Xactware) supports professionals in the property insurance, remodeling and restoration industries. The Xactware suite of products includes estimating software programs for PCs and tablet PCs, as well as powerful online systems for replacement-cost calculations, estimate tracking and data trending in real time. Designed for adaptability, these solutions help Verisk clients deliver more accurate local estimates and task assignments for property insurance claims and empower users to achieve maximum efficiency in managing jobs and settling claims.</p> <ul> <li>Calendar Management of others includes arranging and documenting travel, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, ensure the PTO and travel of managers/direct reports reflect correctly in calendars, and recognize/resolve conflicting appointments. </li><li>Act as a Liaison for the CTO, Technology and communicate with the direct reports of the CTO, Technology, Executive/Administrative Assistants, HR, finance, and all Verisk business units. </li><li>Review and process expense reports. Assist with purchasing orders both entering and tracking. </li><li>Create or maintain CTO, Technology organizational charts and seating charts. </li><li>Attend meetings as requested to maintain minutes and action items. </li><li>Assist with creation of reports. </li><li>Assist with tracking budget and asset management. </li><li>Assist with team meals and recognize department employee birthdays. Also assist with company events/parties and hosting as needed. </li><li>Assist with maintaining remote work plans, seating charts, and other organizational and operational matters </li><li>Other duties, projects and assignments as assigned and needed. </li><li>Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan. </li><li>Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation. </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred or working experience equivalent </li><li>2 Years of experience in an administrative assistant role </li><li>Experience in budgeting and asset management </li><li>Professionalism under high stress </li><li>Ability to work independently and meet pressing deadlines </li><li>Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism </li><li>Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and excellent time management </li><li>Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal </li><li>Expertise in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ol> <li> <p>General office working conditions and environment</p> </li><li> <p>Occasional exceptional hours as needed to meet deadlines</p> </li><li> <p>Additional hours to meet deadlines</p> </li></ol> <p>#LI-MC1</p>
