We are seeking a dedicated Kitting Specialist to join their diverse team that makes a difference every day!</p> <p>Pay: $21/hr.</p> <p>Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collect, organize, and assemble finished goods or materials into kits per instructions/orders. </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and document discrepancies/damages. </li><li>Inspect components and kits for quality and compliance with specifications. </li><li>Collaborate with Distribution, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for timely kit preparation. </li><li>Support process improvements to streamline efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in kitting, inventory, or warehouse roles preferred (not required). </li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions. </li><li>Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus. </li><li>Effective communication and teamwork skills. </li></ul> <p>Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter/parking accounts, Health Savings Account (HSA), and AD&D insurance, and People Perks (additional employee discounts).</p> <p>We value you and believe in your potential to make a difference alongside a motivated team.
