<p>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products to effectively assist customers and support operational excellence. </li><li>Organize, rotate, and restock products to maintain inventory freshness and ensure an appealing presentation. </li><li>Responsible for assisting the Manager in ensuring proper unloading, storage, and organization of products. </li><li>Assist customers with carryout services, ensuring a positive and helpful experience. </li><li>Comply with established procedures, practices, sales, safety, and security according to A.G. Supermarkets, Inc. policies. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned or required. </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, employees, and management. </li><li>Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service through prompt issue resolution and a customer-focused approach. </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <p>Work is performed in a typical retail work environment, requiring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Frequent lifting, pushing, carrying, ad pulling of weights between 20-40 lbs., with occasional lifting over 40 lbs.</p> </li><li> <p>Standing for extended periods (90% of the time) and walking (10%).</p> </li><li> <p>Frequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, bending, and reaching above and below waist level.</p> </li><li> <p>Working in various temperature environments, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Freezers (extreme cold)</p> </li><li> <p>Outside temperatures (2% of the time)</p> </li><li> <p>Receiving areas with occasional humidity or wet flooring</p> </li><li> <p>Hard tile/cement flooring and anti-fatigue mats.</p> </li><li> <p>Required: slip-resistant footwear and various cleaning supplies.</p> </li><li> <p>Machines, Tools, and Equipment used: Baler, Pallet Jack, Uboats, and box cutters.</p> </li></ul>
