<p>Northeast Security is looking to add to our Patrol Unit!</p> <p>Pay rate: $24.50</p> <p>This is a Mobile and Foot patrol position</p> <p>Driver's License of three years or more with clean record is required</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>PT - Friday & Saturday 7:30pm-5:30am (16 hours)</p> <p>Recruiters will reach out to discuss preference upon applying.</p> <p>Mobile Supervisor Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work independently </li><li>Excellent oral and written communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy is required, working in MS Windows, Outlook, and One Note. </li><li>Vigilant patrolling of a large property to include Vagrants, and the community with quality of life issues. </li><li>May be required to review security footage and conduct investigations of incidents. </li><li>Will be required to respond to emergency situations to patrons with Quality of Life issues such as homelessness and addictions. </li><li>Will be required to write incident reports. </li><li>Will also be required to use walkie talkies to communicate closely with the team. </li><li>Must be able to deescalate irate tenant/customer calls/ access requests. </li><li>Previous Law Enforcement, or related field/education in a fast paced environment is required. </li><li>Those in process of obtaining their Criminal Justice degree for a related field are encouraged to apply. </li><li>Excellent computer skills utilizing multiple screens </li><li>Neat and professional appearance </li><li>Dependable means of transportation </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal) </li><li>High School Diploma/GED Equivalent </li><li>Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background, and drug screenings. </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age. </li></ul> <p>Security Supervisor Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to show responsibility and friendliness towards clients and residents. </li><li>Strong professionalism </li><li>Ability to solve conflict/problem solve. </li><li>Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards. </li><li>Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment. </li><li>Must be knowledgeable of all company policies and procedures. </li><li>Maintain effective relationships with all levels of the company and client organizations. </li></ul>
