Includes approval for products, services, and RMA as needed. </li><li>Perform data entry in Salesforce and ERP system and ensure data integrity. </li><li>Create, maintain and submit internal or external forms as needed (e.g. quality, certifications, supplier profiles, customer surveys, etc.) </li><li>Assist in areas including but not limited to: costing, analyses, process improvement, and other special projects assigned by management </li><li>Adhere to company policies, quality processes, training, and safety standards </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Self-motivated and maintains a positive attitude </li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented </li><li>A team enabler and excellent communicator </li><li>Adaptable to new tools, systems and processes </li><li>Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite of products </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <p>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
