We empower automotive dealers and manufacturers to grow with precision and profitability through smarter, faster, and more comprehensive solutions. As a part of Advance Local and built on a foundation of over a decade of proprietary technology development, 23 billion data points, 22 OEM certifications, and a national sales force, Catalyst IQ combines cutting-edge innovation with human expertise to deliver real-time insights and actionable intelligence that accelerate sales.</p> <p>The Sales Director will drive growth for Catalyst IQ by prospecting Tier III opportunities and securing new business. This individual will leverage MarketAI and the company's value-based selling approach to drive new revenue growth. The digital suite of products includes SEM, VLA, Social ads, OTT, Display, SEO, MarketAI and more.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Secure no less than 3 new Dealer Pitches with GM/Owner each week </li><li>Present and close in zoom demos to dealership management / stakeholders </li><li>Close +$35k/mo in incremental new business each month </li><li>Leverage provided market data to show/explain opportunities to prospects </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience </li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in a high growth sales role, with direct experience in digital marketing & SaaS </li><li>Proven ability to consistently achieve monthly sales quota </li><li>Strong automotive and digital marketing acumen, communication, presentation and analytical skills required </li><li>Thrive leveraging the Challenger Sale approach. Ability to quickly decipher market data to show/explain opportunities for dealer prospects. </li><li>Superior knowledge of digital products and the ability to learn new technology </li><li>Proven ability to present and close new business via zoom </li><li>Experience leveraging Hubspot and/or Salesforce for high efficiency prospecting </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with team </li></ul>
