Our focus is creating longer-lasting, environmentally responsible roofing solutions that can withstand all weather conditions.</p> <p>Job Title: Maintenance Planner & Scheduler | Req ID: 15746 | HR Contact: Jonathan Stone | Location: Building Envelope - Franklin, IN</p> <p>ABOUT THE ROLE</p> <p>The Maintenance Planner and Scheduler will anticipate and eliminate potential delays by planning and coordinating maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access.</p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</p> <ul> <li>Reviews work requests/orders for accuracy and clarity. </li><li>Defines the work scope and estimates time, labor, equipment, and material needs, and awareness of safety concerns. </li><li>Plans and schedules work orders through a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). </li><li>Obtains and organizes all information required (OEM drawings, vendor manuals, special procedures, and diagrams). </li><li>Review and process completed work orders for comments, variances, completeness, and accuracy. </li><li>Prepares weekly, monthly, and annual activity reports. </li><li>Prepares requisitions in the CMMS to ensure materials, parts, labor, and other charges are allocated to appropriate work. </li><li>Verifies that all material, information, tools, and labor are available before scheduling. </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</p> <ul> <li>A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) </li><li>Four years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. </li><li>A minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred. </li><li>A proven history of related inventory management, including budgeting, forecasting, and CMMS, is required. </li><li>Proficiency in Excel, Word, and G-Suite is necessary. </li></ul> <p>WHAT WE OFFER</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary </li><li>$80,000-96,000 </li><li>Retirement Savings: Choose from 401(k) pre-tax and/or Roth after-tax savings </li><li>Medical, Dental, Disability, and Life Insurance </li><li>Holistic Health & Well-being programs </li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) for health and dependent care </li><li>Vision and other Voluntary benefits and discounts </li><li>Paid time off & paid holidays </li><li>Paid Parental Leave (maternity & paternity) </li></ul> <p>#MALARKEY</p> <p>Amrize is an equal opportunity employer.
