<p>RETIREMENT SERVICES CONSULTANT</p> <p>You'll be the subject matter expert behind ProService Hawaii's Multiple Employer Retirement Plan (MEP), supporting hundreds of employers and thousands of employees across the state. You'll ensure 100% compliance, build trust with clients, and partner with vendors to deliver seamless, proactive service. From regulatory filings to employee education, your work balances technical depth with relationship management-and requires both precision and empathy. You'll collaborate across internal teams while leading initiatives that enhance the plan's value and impact.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for MEP clients and vendors-managing plan compliance, onboarding, and ongoing support</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure timely, accurate processing of employee and employer retirement plan transactions in HRIS systems</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate educational sessions and internal trainings that boost client and team understanding of 401(k) benefits</p> </li><li> <p>Lead compliance activities including nondiscrimination testing, 5500 filing, audits, and fiduciary committee coordination</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver expert consultation to clients and internal teams with a focus on service excellence and regulatory accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and execute improvements that enhance operational efficiency, plan competitiveness, and participant engagement</p> </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU BRING</p> <p>You bring deep knowledge of 401(k) plan administration and the confidence to advise clients, navigate compliance issues, and collaborate with vendors-all while keeping service at the center. You're analytical, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly guidance.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Demonstrated expertise in 401(k) retirement plan administration, including ERISA compliance; MEP experience strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage complex client portfolios and vendor relationships with a high degree of professionalism.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills; comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience delivering client presentations or trainings.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retirement plan systems; experience with Prism, Salesforce, or UltiPro preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with IRS filings (Form 5500), nondiscrimination testing, and retirement compliance best practices.</p> </li></ul> <p>WHY PROSERVICE</p> <p>At ProService Hawaii, we empower businesses and employees across the islands by delivering HR solutions that work.
