<p>We are seeking a motivated Shipping & Receiving Handler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to shipping and receiving. You must be willing to match our fast-paced cadence and thrive with rapid change.</p> <p>As a Shipping & Receiving Handler you are aiming to efficiently bring hardware into and out of the ERP. You will support basic ERP transactions, escalate any identified nonconformances, and ensure we are getting the best value possible on our freight shipments.</p> <p>The right person for this role will be passionate about communicating with, supporting, and serving others. They must enjoy working with various teams to continuously improve processes.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Receive and sign for deliveries. </li><li>Verify received hardware, packing lists, and purchase orders match. </li><li>Record inbound/outbound shipments in the ERP system. </li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders, and route deliveries to their intended recipients. </li><li>Scan and file receiving paperwork. </li><li>Schedule shipments and pickups. </li><li>Track inventory of shipping materials, and submit purchase requests as needed. </li><li>As time allows, support Inventory Specialists with daily tasks to keep schedules. </li><li>Assist teams on projects and improvements. </li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping and receiving workspace. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Exceptional organization and communication skills, both written and verbal. </li><li>Able to lift and transport parts and tools weighing up to 50lbs. </li><li>Valid driver's license. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>Proficiency with computer software and ability to learn new programs. </li></ul> <p>Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is $19.42-$24.33 per hour, determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. The compensation range for this role is intentionally wide as we are evaluating individuals based on their unique experience and abilities to fit our needs.
