<p>Kforce's client, a large publicly traded company in Rutherford, NJ is seeking a Senior Financial analyst. The role is hybrid - in office 3 days a week and 2 days remote. This role is commutable by mass transit from NYC.</p> <p>Summary: This role will have full ownership and responsibility for recognition of revenue and associated receivable reserves. Analyze and explain significant trends and report monthly financial results.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Contribute to monthly Revenue Analytics Reporting to leadership; Participate actively in the revenue and volume forecasting and budgeting process </li><li>Develop and maintain standardized best practices for revenue reporting and analysis </li><li>Drive continuous improvement to deliver the highest quality </li><li>Proactively identify trends and collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and take appropriate action </li><li>Integrate data from across various groups, to construct an overall understanding of the Revenue Performance that delivers meaningful insights </li><li>Support M&A initiatives, audits, and other special projects as needed </li></ul> <p>This company offers fantastic benefits, good hours, annual bonus, unlimited PTO & opportunity to advance!* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent degree required</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of audit experience in large public accounting firm &/or corporate accounting function </li><li>Strong computer and analytical skills </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>CPA and/or MBA is a plus </li></ul>
