This role embodies the 5 Ps: Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential.</p> <ul> <li>The Counter Manager is a crucial position within the Charlotte Tilbury brand, responsible for driving effective and efficient operations </li><li>This role embodies the 5 Ps: Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential </li><li>Drive financial results in-store to meet and exceed plan, focusing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT) </li><li>Lead by example on personal KPI goals, communicating and managing agreed goals with staff members </li><li>Demonstrate expertise in retail artistry brands, showcasing entrepreneurial spirit while adhering to Company guidelines </li><li>Customer Service </li><li>Manage customer queries using sound judgment and achieve positive outcomes </li><li>Collaborate with the Account Executive and Area Trainer to ensure continuous training and development of the team, upholding Charlotte Tilbury standards in both service and artistry </li><li>Extend exceptional customer service beyond the in-store experience whenever possible </li><li>Team Management </li><li>Anticipate staffing needs, sourcing and selecting talent to deliver business objectives, including a bench for freelance and permanent staff </li><li>Determine individual and team sales targets to meet and exceed plan </li><li>Analyze business performance and proactively plan strategy within day-to-day business and events </li><li>Ensure the counter is customer-ready from open to close of business </li><li>Maintain required inventory levels and accurate stock files </li><li>Control store expenses, such as counter consumables, within budget guidelines </li><li>Implement visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement as directed by the marketing team </li><li>Maintain technology on the counter and raise operational issues for resolution in a timely manner </li><li>Store and Retail Partner Relationships </li><li>Establish and develop cooperative and mutually respectful relationships with the store retail operations team </li><li>Suggest win-win opportunities to drive sales within the store </li><li>Schedule team coverage to optimize customer flow </li><li>Maintain excellent counter hygiene standards and uphold store standards and policies at all times </li></ul>
