<p>Maple Knoll Village is a warm, welcoming senior living community located in Cincinnati, OH. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Residential Housekeeper to join our Independent Living Housekeeping team. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, sanitary, Home for our residents. This is a meaningful position where your work directly supports seniors' wellbeing, comfort, and quality of life.</p> <p>This is fulltime dayshift position. The hours for this position are 730a-330p, Monday through Friday with NO weekends or holidays. The pay range for this position is $15.00- $17.50 per hour. Pay is based on prior housekeeping experience. Some experience is required.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will:</p> <ul> <li>Clean resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces according to established standards </li><li>Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying trash </li><li>Notify management of needed repairs, safety concerns, or changes in resident needs </li><li>Maintain housekeeping carts, supplies, and equipment in a safe and organized manner </li><li>Follow infection control and safety procedures </li><li>Interact respectfully and compassionately with residents, families, and staff </li><li>Support a positive, team-oriented work environment </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred (senior living or hospitality experience a plus) </li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods </li><li>Strong attention to detail and reliability </li><li>Genuine desire to work with and help older adults </li><li>Ability to follow procedures, schedules, and safety protocols </li><li>Compassionate, friendly, and patient demeanor. </li><li>Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Good communication skills and ability to interact positively with residents and staff. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Benefits will begin after 30 days of employment.
