The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and a keen eye for process improvement. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue cycle operations, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provides departmental administrative decision making, leadership, and strategic planning, including the efficient and productive use of personnel and other financial resources. Ensures high quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes that compare favorably with relevant national benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality, audits, and training initiatives, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
