The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management and a keen eye for process improvement. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our revenue cycle operations, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provides departmental administrative decision making, leadership, and strategic planning, including the efficient and productive use of personnel and other financial resources. Ensures high quality standardized work processes that result in consistent outcomes that compare favorably with relevant national benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality, audits, and training initiatives, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management. The incumbent must possess strong subject matter expertise and leadership in order to support a diverse and complex operating environment and span of control.</p> <p>Preferred qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Change Management </li><li>Process Improvement </li><li>Team Leadership </li><li>Data Analysis </li><li>Communication </li><li>Regulatory Compliance </li></ul> <p>As part of an award-winning hospital system, our part-time and full-time team members have access to a comprehensive benefits package, which includes, Competitive pay, Development opportunities, Tuition reimbursement, Matching 401k, Paid medical leave, and health, dental and vision insurance.</p> <p>Requires strong knowledge of business and reimbursement management with an undergraduate degree preferred.</p> <ul> <li>At least three years of experience with hospital or physician billing strongly preferred. </li><li>Requires demonstrable knowledge of healthcare billing terminology concepts and processes. </li><li>Requires the ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources. </li><li>Requires a high level of interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills. </li><li>Requires effective written and verbal communication skills in both individual and group settings. </li><li>Requires the ability to organize and manage work to achieve performance expectations. </li><li>Requires the ability to promote teamwork and develop team members. </li><li>Requires ability to manage within the confines of a budget. </li><li>Requires a passionate commitment to continuous performance improvement. </li></ul> <p>#LI-FR1</p>
