As a General Dentist at Beloit Dental, you will work closely with our team members to provide exceptional dental care to our patients. Our well-established practice serves a loyal patient base of approximately 2,400, with an average of 20 new patients joining per month. This is a fulfilling work environment where providers can thrive professionally while maintaining a strong work-life balance.</p> <p>Our dedicated team includes:</p> <ul> <li>A Full-Time Office Manager </li><li>Two Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienists </li><li>One Full-Time Dental Assistant focused entirely on chairside assisting </li><li>One Multi-Functional Dental Assistant who plays a key role in both chairside assisting and front desk duties </li></ul> <p>Our office offers a comprehensive range of services, including crowns and bridges, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, implant restorations, extractions, and emergency care. We provide care to patients of all ages, but most of the practice consists of patients over the age of 30. Our daily schedule typically includes 10-15 patients in the doctor's schedule (depending on doctor's preferences), in addition to approx. 14 hygiene exams per day.</p> <p>Our office is equipped with trusted tools to provide efficient, high-quality patient care, including:</p> <ul> <li>Digital X-rays </li><li>Intraoral Cameras in Every Operatory </li><li>Paperless Charting System </li><li>Panoramic Machine </li><li>Air-Driven Handpieces </li></ul> <p>Insurances:</p> <ul> <li>47% Delta Dental, 53% Fee-for-Service </li><li>In-network with only Delta Dental Premier </li></ul> <p>Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Mondays 12pm - 7pm </li><li>Tuesdays 8am - 3pm </li><li>Wednesdays 9am - 5pm </li><li>Thursdays 7:30am - 2:30pm </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>$150,000 - $200,000+ annually </li><li>Up to 35% Collections minus half labs </li></ul> <p>Bright Direction Dental is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health and well-being of our employees.
